So, I started working on this layout a few days ago. I love the patterned paper - it's from Pebbles. I thought it worked well with the pictures. I got this far and then stopped:
I wasn't sure what direction to go from here but I started playing with some embellishments and this is what I came up with:
I'm not really sure how I feel about it. I glitter misted the doilies in blue. The swirls are chipboard painted white. Then I just added some flowers. In my head I had a great layout worked out but I'm not sure if I like the results. What do you think?
This is pretty, Pam! How about adding in a couple more flowers or even mixing in some coordinating cardstock circles trailing from the top left of the doily (on the left hand page) toward the top left corner? That would draw the eye around the page some more. If you have any journaling to add, you could tuck a tag behind the bottom left photo (on the left hand page) with a ribbon pull. :)

Thanks for the suggestions Lisa. I think I may try and play with it this afternoon when I get home from work...

It's a great layout love the colors and the paper, I was thinking maybe make some flowers and sprinkle them around too :)

What a difference a few clusters make. I would move "dance" above first left photo, finish title where "dance" is now. Then I'd add a journal card below that and a small third cluster below. Definately journal your story on the layout :)

I like the layout, the paper and colors are pretty - but the white is too harsh for me... I would have chosen a light blue or green (if the colors are true on the computer). And maybe add some more stuff, like has been suggested. Of course, if it were me I would just leave it as is at this point :-)
